    Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking an outgoing individual with a positive and professional attitude who is genuinely passionate about wine, to join our production team. The Production Forklift Operator maintains a superior quality of wines by performing a variety of routine bottling and cleaning procedures as well as special projects, such as hand labeling, special packaging and other non-standard packaging.

    • Experience in production forklift operations
    • Familiarity with production line machinery
    • Product staging
    • Inventory management
    • Ability to work safely in a fast paced environment
    • Comfortable with computers and basic operations
    • Desire to work in a team centered environment

    Working in the Napa Valley will provide a truly unique opportunity. You’ll learn all facets of the production operations, and have ongoing exposure to the winemaking team and their incredible knowledge.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • High School or GED required. Must have valid California driver’s license.


    Languages:

    • English


    Professional experience & know how:

    • 1 year forklift

     

     Technical & management skills:

    • Self-motivated and able to recognize items that need improvement.
    • Ability to work as a team leader on some projects and as team member on others.
