    Reporting to the Club & Omni CRM Director, the Business Manger, Club & CRM is responsible for Napa Valley’s most significant Direct to Consumer Business. The charge for this financially savvy, DTC operations professional is to manage robust growth for the channel while delivering excellence in operations and a seamless omnichannel customer experience that creates delight and cultivates loyalty.




    • Business development and analysis.
    • Manage PnLs, short term and long term sales targets for website, wine club, telesales and customer service.
    • Oversee management of outbound telesales agency, and campaigns to drive customer value and incremental sales.
    • Establish data culture within team, identifying new ways to track sales performance, productivity, customer experience, compliance and ROI.
    • In partnership with Director, lead development of customer support ethos and guidelines; coach and mentor team to deepen communication and conflict resolution skills.
    • Develop customer centered policies and ensures flawless service standards on all customer interactions.
    • Identify profitability and feasibility of new Direct Sales business opportunities.
    • Strategically minded, strong focus on delivering results, ability to deal with ambiguity, creative thinker, detail oriented, ability to motivate others, as well as ability to manage vision and purpose.



    • BA/BS required, MA/MBA preferred: Business discipline preferred.

    Professional experience and know how:

    • Data analysis experience is required .
    • Strong budget management skills.
    • Outstanding customer service skills including impeccable communication skills and solution-based approach.
    • Knowledge of e-commerce & club tools.
