    We are currently seeking outgoing individuals with a positive and professional attitude, experience in high volume hospitality staff, and impressive wine service and serving skills who are genuinely passionate about wine, to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    Both Full time and Part time positions available!

     

    The Chandon Ambassador is responsible for participating in day-to-day customer service, sharing the brand message and creating vibrant experiences for all guests. This position requires integrity and passion for excellence in hospitality customer service.

     
    -Maintain clean and well-stocked Tasting Bar, prep area, and walk in cooler, during opening, throughout service and close-down.

    -Keep all tables, chairs and stations clear and wiped clean. Bussing of glassware, service ware, and spills during service.

    -Run food and be able to describe to the guest.

    -Keep floors, patio, terraces and lawn free and clear of broken glass, water, and other debris during service.

    -Stock wine consistently during service; keep accurate daily inventories.

    -Efficiently and safely: wash, dry and buff all glasses, plates, flatware and any other utensil used during service.

    -Transport supplies from storage container as needed throughout service

    -Communicate with management supply levels and needs on a daily basis

    -Attend all bi-weekly VC meetings in order to stay updated with goals, new releases, new programs, and all other educational materials.

    -Execute all internal and external events, including but not limited to: private lunches and dinners, Trade and Market visits, special tasting experiences, and assist with Club Chandon events.

    -Follow opening checklist, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and the Tasting Salon is fully cleaned, stocked, and ready for guests by opening time.

    Qualifications

    Education: High School diploma

     

    Languages: English required, second language helpful in communication with visiting public, but not required.

     

    Professional experience & know-how:

    Some knowledge of wine and luxury goods is helpful but not required

     

    Technical & management skills:

    -Complete multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.

    -Ability to react quickly in a high intensity environment, maintaining a calm professional demeanor at all times.

    -Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs or one case of wine.

     

    Personal & interpersonal skills:

    -Strong team player, excellent communication skills, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
