    The mission for this savvy hospitality professional is to create a world-class visitor and employee experience at Chandon through consistent and impactful educational programs and messaging, while testing and certifying employees to ensure compliance. Building and maintaining genuine and lasting connections with each Guest, Club Member, VIP or trade visitor through vibrant, unique, and sincere hospitality interactions will be vital.


    • Own the customer journey by creating a high-quality visitor experience
    • Ensure the brand is being properly communicated with each visitor interaction
    • Actively listen and resolve guest and service issues as they arise
    • Establish performance and development goals for team members, and provide regular feedback to help improve team member performance
    • Support the team in achievement of monthly club acquisition goals, consistently striving to improve personal sign-up performance
    • Lead visitor center staff through change, with effective training, communication and problem-solving techniques
    • Operate and oversee all Exclusive and Private Event Experiences booked on property based on BEO (Banquet Event Order) specifications provided
    • Manage direct day–to-day staffing requirements for Exclusive and Private Event Experiences through planning and assigning work
    • Assist Event and Hospitality Manager in establishing proficient cost center budgeting, control, trend analysis, forecasting and meeting financial targets



    • Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred or applicable experience


    • English required, second language helpful in communication with visiting public, but not required

    Professional experience & know-how:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Events Operation, luxury level wines & hospitality experience
    • Experience mentoring a large staff with varied levels of experience and maturity
    • Strong understanding of consumer trends and behaviors is required
