Reporting to the Senior Manager of Club & CRM, the Lead Sales Specialist is responsible for elevating the customer insights and support the experience of Napa Valley’s most significant Direct to Consumer Business. The charge for this customer-centered, DTC operations professional is to deliver excellence in one on one communication, customer service and insights that cultivate membership retention, protect sales and increase profitability.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or applicable experience
Professional Experience & Know-How:
2-4 years relevant experience
Some knowledge of wine and luxury goods is preferred
Any kind of membership or loyalty program experience is a plus
Sales experience is preferred
DTC experience is preferred
